Ingredients of Fried Fritters ( PAKORA)

  1. You need 200 grams of gram flour.
  2. Prepare 2 of onions finely chopped.
  3. Prepare 12 of pieces or a bunch of spring onions finely chopped.
  4. Prepare 4 of green chilli finely chopped.
  5. It's 1 of two handful of mint leaves finely chopped.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of coriander powder.
  7. It's 1/3 tbsp of turmeric powder.
  8. Prepare of salt.
  9. You need 1 tbsp of kashmiri red chilli ( gives nice color).

Fried Fritters ( PAKORA) step by step

  1. Whisk the gram flour with water in a mixing bowl for a smooth and lump free batter..
  2. Add the chopped ingredients and spices in the bowl. Mix well..
  3. Heat oil in pan in high flame and drop spoonfuls of the batter and fry it until golden brown and crisp. (I didn't use much oil simply because I don't like oily Pakoras).
  4. Place it in a bed of tissues to remove excess oil. Serve hot and Enjoy with a cup of hot tea and your favorite sauce or chutney..
