  11. Prepare 3 tbs of All purpose flour/Maida.

  15. You need 1 1/2 tbs of chopped ginger.
  16. Prepare 1/2 cup of spring onion and stalk.
  17. You need 1 tbs of soy sauce.
  18. You need 1 1/2 tbs of vinegar.

  20. Prepare 5 tbs of Red Chilli paste (or unsweetened chilli sauce).

Schzewan Vegetable dumplings step by step

  1. Take a bowl and add all the vegetables from the ingredients list. Mix them well..
  2. Add cornflour and all purpose flour/maida. Mix well..
  3. Then add salt and pepper as per requirement. But dont add too much pepper..
  4. Mix all the ingredients well for the vegetable dumplings and add a little oil on your hands to make a dumpling balls. Dont add any water in the mixture..
  5. Note: if you dont add oil in your hands, while making dumplings, the mixture will stick on your hands and it will be difficult to make a proper dumpling ball..
  6. Heat oil in frying pan and fry the dumplings. And set aside on one plate after frying..
  7. For schzewan sauce: Heat a pan, add oil and fry garlic, ginger, green chilli and spring onion and stalk..
  8. Add 1 tbs soy sauce and 1 1/2 tbs vinegar. Add little water for sauce consistency..
  9. Then add chilli sauce/red chilli paste and salt and pepper. Mix well..
  10. Once the sauce is cooking on stove, reduce the flame and slowly add dumplings one by one. And mix slowly..
  11. Close the lid at slower flame for 5 mins..
  12. Garnish with spring onion and stalk. Or sesame seeds..
