Grilled hearts instructions
- In a pan add 2tsp oil fry all veg except potatoes and beet for few minutes, till 60 % they are cooked than add ginger chilli paste, garam masala pepper powder..stir fry for a minute keep aside.
- Take mashed potatoes, stir fried veg mix softly add salt amchur powder bread crumbs.. mix and keep aside...
- In heart shaped mould add little filling than add grated beetroot (squeeze beetroot and remove water from it and than use)again add filling cover properly.
- Roll and cover each heart with bread crumbs...
- Grill them.. add 2 tsp oil or as required... Let them grill for few minutes (I grilled them on sandwich grill machine like we do for grill sandwich).
- Serve hot.. with green chtuney..and ketchup.
