  16. Prepare 1/4 cup of fresh cream.
  17. You need 2 cubes of cheese grated.
  18. You need 1 tsp of sugar.
  19. You need 4 cloves of garlic crushed.
  20. It's 1 tsp of oregano.
  21. You need 2 tsp of olive oil.
  22. You need to taste of salt.
  23. You need of For Potato Wedges.
  24. Prepare 6 of long potatoes cut lengthwise 1/2" thick.
  25. Prepare 8 cloves of garlic crushed.
  26. You need 6 tbsp of corn flour.
  27. Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
  28. You need to taste of salt.
  29. You need of oil for deep frying.
  30. You need of For The Saute Vegetables.
  31. Prepare 200 of gms. carrot cut lengthwise 1/4 " thick.
  32. You need 100 of gms. french beans cut into 3" pieces.
  33. It's 1 cup of shelled peas.
  34. You need 100 of gms. fresh mushrooms cut into halves.
  35. You need 2 tbsp of butter.
  36. It's 1/4 tsp of black pepper.

  38. Prepare of For Plating.
  39. Prepare 250 of gms. spinach leaves shredded coarsely / or shredded cabbage.
  40. Prepare 4 of cheese slices or 4 cubes grated cheese.
  41. Prepare 2 tsp of bar-b-que sauce diluted (optional).
  42. It's 2 tbsp of soft butter diluted in 1/4 cup water.
  43. Prepare 4 of heavy iron sizzler plates on wooden frames.

Vegetable Sizzler instructions

  1. For the tikki.
  2. Mashed potatoes.
  3. Add carrots, beans, capsicum, bread crumbs, green chillies, pepper, lime juice & salt. Mix all together. Divide the mixture into 4 & Shape into round tikkis..
  4. Make corn flour batter by adding little water.Dip the tikkis one by one in the batter.Coat the tikkis with crushed corn flakes..
  5. Heat a non-stick pan. Shallow fry the prepared tikkis using oil on both sides till crisp..
  6. Keep hot..
  7. For The Pasta.
  8. Heat a non-stick pan.
  9. Add oil on medium..
  10. Saute crushed garlic for 1 minute..
  11. Add pasta, milk & mix well. Bring it to boil..
  12. Sim the flame & add cream, cheese, sugar, salt, oregano & mix well..
  13. If the pasta sauce dries then add some diluted milk. The sauce should be thick & blended well..
  14. Keep hot..
  15. For The Wedges.
  16. Mix garlic, salt, pepper, corn flour with the potatoes..
  17. Keep in fridge for 1 hour..
  18. Deep fry in small batches till they are crisp..
  19. Keep hot..
  20. For The Saute Vegetables.
  21. Semi-boil carrots, beans, & peas..
  22. Heat butter & saute mushrooms on high flame. Add rest of vegetables..
  23. Add pepper & salt..
  24. Toss well..
  25. Keep hot..
  26. For The Plating.
  27. All the items should be cooked, hot & kept ready.
  28. Heat the iron plate on high till very hot..
  29. Place it on the wooden frame carefully..
  30. Immediately sprinkle spinach all over..
  31. Place 1 tikki, 1 portion pasta, few wedges, saute veggies one by one on the plate..
  32. Top the tikki with bar-b-sauce & a slice of cheese..
  33. Sprinkle diluted butter all over for the sizzle!!.
  34. Serve piping hot with different sauces..
