- Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of Ground Cinnamon.

- Prepare 1 tsp of Brown Sugar.

- Heat a medium pan/skillet on medium heat..
- Meanwhile mix all of the ingredients (except for the bread) on medium speed for 2 minutes..
- Take a slice of bread and coat both sides with the mixture. Place on pre-heated skillet..
- Repeat this again until there's no more space on the pan..
- Cook the slices for about 1 minute per side. Flip, and cook the other side..
- With a pastry brush, coat the face up side of the bread, thats already been cooked, with the mixture..
- Flip and cook for about another minute. Repeat to the face up side..
