Ingredients of Vegetable momos
- Prepare of capsicum- 1 middle sized.
- Prepare of french beans-150 gms or 10sticks.
- Prepare of carrots- 2-3 in no.
- You need of cauliflower -1.
- It's of onion -1 (optional).
- You need of food processor or chopper (just to make work easy.
- Prepare of salt.
- You need of steaming pan.
- It's of refined flour 100gm approx.
- It's of water.
- It's 1 of sieve.
Vegetable momos instructions
- Take cauliflower(only the flower part),carrot, capsicum, onion, french beans in the processors jar and mince them..... If the processor isn't available then dice them up in to very tiny pieces as shown in image..
- Now mix all the veges of grated...
- Now mix salt accordingly. 1 tsp is usual in the vegetables,mix them and keep them on the sieve plate.
- Keep it aside for 15mins and till the time knead the dough of the refined flour.
- Leave the dough in bowl and move to the veges back after 15minutes... Drain all the water collected and remove extra water by squeezing the veges between ur palms to remove extra water and dehydrate the veges.
- Put the dehydrated veges in a bowl and separate all the lumps..
- Now using a rolling pin, make small circles of the dough put some vegetable in the middle and stretch all the sides up so as to give it a apperance like this.
- U can give any shape of ur Choice... But filling should be of veges with the dough covering it.
- After making the dumplings put them in a steamer after putting a small amount of butter on the plate so that after steaming one can remove them easily.
- Steam them and serve hot.
