  1. It's 4 medium of potatoes.
  2. It's 1 lb of ground pork.
  3. Prepare 1/2 lb of ground sausage.

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Brown ground pork and sausage (add seasoning as desired).

  11. Place cookie sheet in refrigerator for an hour (1hr).
  12. Put vegetable oil in deep fryer and let get warm.
  13. (2) at a time place potato balls in vegetable oil, cook for about 5mins (until lightly brown).
  14. Cool off and serve.
