- You need 3 tbsp of noodle water.
- It's 2 packages of dried ramen noodle.
- You need of POUNDED PASTE.
- It's 3 clove of garlic.
- You need 3 small of shallot /onion.
- It's 2 of deseeded red chili pepper or omit for non spicy lover.
- You need of SAUCE.
- You need 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
- Prepare 1 tsp of light soy sauce.
- You need 1/4 dash of salt.

Ramen With Green Bean step by step
- COOK RAMEN FIRST.
- bring water to a boil then add dried ramen noodle and simmer for 2 minute then drain and keep 3 tbsp of noodle water set aside.
- POUNDED PASTE.
- pound garlic and shallot with ( deseeded red chili pepper optional ) set aside.
- STIR FRY RAMEN.
- in pan with 2 tbsp of oil add pounded paste till lightly brown then add green bean and stir fry for half a minute.
- add cooked ramen with noodle water and sauce mix well for 2 minute till almost dry then off heat.
