- Prepare 1 of +1/2 tsp sea salt granuals.
- Prepare 2 of +1/2 -3+1/2 cups luke warm water.
- You need 2 tbls of chopped fresh basil.

- Combine the yeast salt and runny honey to the water in a large bowl stir and leave for 10 minutes until it bubbles a bit on top. Also add the Basil to the flour..
- Add the flour in batches to the water mix and stir with wooden sppon stir and add the flour until it sticks together and not as much on the spoon..
- Cover and leave at room temp for 20 minutes. Mould into a loaf shape Then add to the hot oven for 20 minutes..
- After 20 minutes cut 3 slits into it then replace it in the oven for a further 20 minutes..
- Variations can be added to making this bread by adding garlic or cinnamon,raisins,pepper add some flavour or end it for the last 5 minutes of baking with grated cheese on top..
