  1. You need 1/2 cup of Besan flour ( gram flour).

  3. You need 1/2 cup of Finely chopped purple onion.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Finely chopped ginger.
  5. You need of Curry leaves -few leaves.
  6. It's 3-4 of Green chilies.
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of chili powder (depending upon spice level).
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of asafoetida powder.
  10. Prepare 3-4 tbsp of Chopped Cilantro leaves.
  11. It's to taste of Salt.
  12. You need of Refined sunflower oil / cooking oil for frying.
