- In a Pan on high add the beaten eggs and quickly scramble them but don’t scramble too much and keep aside..
- In same pan add some oil add chopped garlic and all chopped vegetables and sauté well till half done. Then add salt and pepper, In a bowl add all the sauces and mix well..
- Now add the rice in pan and mix quickly then add the sauces and sauté well in high flame for while last add the scrambled eggs and spring onion..
